On January 28, 2009, Alter Domus HR & Payroll Services S.à r.l., the Alter Domus payroll and human resources entity, merged with Securex Group. This merger will enable the new organisation, Securex Luxembourg, to provide Alter Domus’ clients with solutions in various areas of HR management with efficient IT tools.
